A vendor exhibition will be conducted to complement the technical presentations. A limited number of exhibit booths (at least 6 sqm) are available. The exhibition fee is 500 € / sqm. On each booth two passes to the conference are included.

Specialised companies and institutes in the field of NDE and field services are encouraged to display their equipment and / or capabilities.

Booth rental includes:

• Standard wall divisions (white)
• Standard signboards with max. 25 characters, 30 mm high, black)
• Standard plug
• 2 spots
• Cleaning (at night)
• Guards in the exhibition hall (at night)
• Standard furniture:
• 1 Infocounter 100 x 50 x 90 mm
• 2 Barstools
• 1 Bistro table

For each booth two conference badges with full conference participation will be provided.

After receiving your booth reservation we will send you the exhibition manual with the general exhibition conditions and the exhibition contract.
